Shipping policy

Operating hours are M-F 9am-5pm EST. 

We ship daily via USPS and UPS.

We do our very best to get "ready to ship" item orders processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

The majority of our items are made to order. Please see most current "Ready to Ship time / Turn Around Time" in the top announcements bar on the homepage of the website. Each item is subject to most current turn around time in the announcement bar, regardless of the the individual listing states. Turnaround times vary from 7-16 business days. Rogue River CC has the right to change this at any time to accommodate current order volume.

Rogue River Clothing Co is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping information. Packages delivered to the wrong address will not be eligible for refunds or store credit. If your package is returned to us for insufficient address, we can ship the item back to you with correct address once invoice for additional shipping cost is paid, or you may elect to have a refund for the order, less 25% restock fee (this applies only to items that have been returned to us due to insufficient address via the postal service.).

Once tracking information has been received, please allow additional 24-36 hours for item to be scanned in via the USPS/UPS.
